The quest for head ware

Every Chef has their look including their head wear.  We are required to cover up and most Chefs use their head ware to show some portion of their personality. But what's mine. I have been on a quest to find what fits me.

Aqullles Chaves and Jonathan Jones wear baseball caps and Bryan Caswell has his signature Asrtos cap.  Not my favorite.

Ericka Beneke of Max's Wine Dive Austin and James Moore of Max's Wine Dive San Antonio sport the Du-rag. Not a good look for me.

Michael Pellegrino of Max's Wine Dive Houston has his Grandfathers car cap.  Maurizio Ferrarese of Quattro rocks a toque almost as tall as he is.  Both great looks but not mine.

Vanain Kuch of Tiny Boxwoods goes naked and Tim Love from Dallas has the cowboy thing down.  I don't look good bald and, while I am a proud Texan, I am not a cowboy.  So what's the answer.  I have taken a page out of Michael Pellegrino's book and returned to the wisdom of my Grandfather.  He never went outside the house, not even to mow the lawn, without his fedora.  So I am starting a fedora collection including the few of my Grandfathers that I am getting sent out that will be for special occasions.  I am not sure what it says about me other than I have a connection to my past.  Hopefully its a good look.  We shall see
