CANCELLATION

  • We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Deposits are refundable within the
    cancellation time frame, if canceled in less than 48 hours, deposit is forfeited.
  • To cancel or reschedule, check your original confirmation email text..
  • All appointments require a deposit to book, deposits vary depending on
    service. The deposit will be applied to your service balance

ELECTRONICS

Our salon is a space to unwind and relax. As a courtesy to our staff and guests. Headphones are required for cell phone or tablet use.

Late Policy

It’s understood that things happen sometimes, we encourage clients to come on time.
We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. We allow a grace period of 15 minutes. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day and will have to forfeit your deposit. This is out of respect for our stylists and clients for the day.

APPOINTMENTS

  • All appointments require a credit card on file
  • Services can take a minimum of 2 hours; please plan accordingly.
  • Color services 4 – 6+ hours; please plan accordingly.
  • Be sure to read and follow the Hair Prep guide before booking an appointment.
  • The starting age for all appointments is 12.
  • What is EXTRA TIME? We allot the standard booking for natural texture, if that time is exceeded or requires extra care, it will result in an additional charge.
  • Services are nonrefundable; if by chance you’re not satisfied with your finished look, you must contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to make
    you love your hair.
  • Due to limited space, unfortunately we cannot accommodate guests that are not receiving services.
  • Due to safety reasons, children are not allowed in the salon.

We accept all major Credit Cards or Cash (non taxable and savings). We appreciate your tips and we thank you in advance. We encourage clients to tip our stylists in cash.

Hair Prep

HOW DO I PREP MY HAIR FOR A NO HEAT CURLY CUT?

  • For all New and Returning Clients
  • Clarify, cleanse and detangle your hair.
  • Hair must be freshly washed no more than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
  •  Hair must be all down and completely dry, allowing your hair to set naturally.
  •  Do not pull, pin, tie or push hair down tight, this stretches the curls.
  • Products are allowed to set your curls but no oily or heavy products.
  • No hat or scarf hair, this flattens the hair.
  •  No hair in any kind of braids or updo
  •  The hair prep ensures proper consultation during your appointment.

If hair is not prepped prior to appointment, there is an automatic $50 hair prep fee.

HOW DO I PREP MY HAIR FOR A COLOR SERVICE?

  • Hair must be freshly washed no more than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Clarify, cleanse and detangle your hair.
  • Blow dry hair until tangle free (no flatiron needed)
  • There is an automatic $50 hair prep fee if this is not followed.

We reserve the right to refuse services resulting in the loss of your appointment and deposit.
